What is some good advise when writing a query letter when try to have your novel published?
I’m trying to publish my young adult romance novel and I’m still not sure of all the steps I need to take. What is a query letter and how do I write a good one? Do I submit this to the agent and then again to the publishing company?
Go to the library or chain bookstore and look for a thick book called writer’s Market. There should be some sort of article inside on writing query letters. A query letter is part synopsis of the novel, and part explanation as to why this book is worth publishing.
You send it only to the agent. They are the ones who will deal with the publisher.
