I bought a new DVD box set and it was missing a season, what can I do to solve this problem?
I bought the collection X-Files and he missed the season 2. It was new and shipped directly from Barnes and Noble. Should I call Barnes and Noble to try to resolve this problem? Believe me?
You can try to go to Barnes and Noble, but this might be easier: Call your local branch Walmart and get their 800 number to Fox Customer Service Hotline (the company distributing the DVD X-Files). Tell them your situation and they will generally you ship a replacement and pick up your old one. I used to work in industry at the end of DVDs and this is the procedure operating standard.
