Afghanistan offers important lessons for writers

Most of us entertain the thought of running away from home growing up. We would have left the spanking, scolding and lectures from our parents gave us generously. Khaled Hosseini may be a good inspiration for many younger writers from Kenya, because its history is unlikely success in the mysterious world of publishing.
