Best book on black and white image processing?
I read about Michael Freeman's book on Amazon and Black and White: The Definitive Guide for Serious Violations of Digital Photographers looks good, but with only 2 comments it's hard to tell if it is really good. I'm looking a book on the treatment of black and white – color conversions in Photoshop – very technical and detailed – I already know the basics, want to refine my skills. Any recommendations? Book or ebook.
