If I could go on either an album or a book that inspired and meant a lot to you, what would it be and why?
Sometimes you read something or listen to a piece of music that moves the soul. It may be something that reminds you of a special moment, forever lost in time, but always in his heart or something that was so incredible that you feel that a particular person can benefit from it. When I lost the love of my life that someone went through Van Morrison's Astral Weeks, which was the furthest thing beautiful that I had heard, so that years later went to someone in the same situation. When my friend died and someone gave me The Tibetan Book of Living and Dying. There has to be for morbid situations, just what helped when I needed and why? I was inspired by one point in his life, so much so that I would recommend to a complete stranger or what was so amazing change of life, etc. beautiful inpirational you want to communicate or share with someone special?
Well first I want to say that drugs are not for everyone. However I had the mind in line to break moments of overwhelming beauty and appreciation of all aspects of this life sometimes unpleasant while in some Psychadelic drugs. I really should be legal in small doses. I have made semi mourn as a man risen against all my freinds on multiple occasions maybe I'm crazy but not an incredible beauty in these experiences. O yes, and if u never heard of such books as "the way" or "vagrant Dharma "I recommend to you as you seem to be interested in the aspects of Buddhism.

The Tibetan Book of Living and Dying $9.99 In this major and comprehensive work, Buddhist meditation master and international speaker Sogyal Rinpoche brings together the ancient wisdom of Tibet with modern research on death and dying and the nature of the universe. With unprecedented scope, The Tibetan Book of Living and Dying clarifies the majestic vision of life and death that underlies The Tibetan Book of the Dead. Sogyal Rinpoche presents simple yet powerful practices from the heart of the Tibetan tradition that anyone, whatever their religion or background, can do to transform their lives, prepare for death, and help the dying. Rinpoche shows the hope there is in death: how we can go beyond denial and fear to discover what it is in us that survives death and is changeless. He presents a lucid, inspiring, and complete introduction to the practice of meditation, to karma and rebirth, and to the trials and rewards of the spiritual path. He gives advice on how to care for the dying with love and compassion and offer them spiritual assistance. Rinpoche presents his own vision of the near-death experience from the Tibetan perspective. He explains in detail the “bardos,” those states of consciousness after death that have fascinated and tantalized Western artists, psychologists, scientists, doctors, and philosophers ever since the publication of The Tibetan Book of the Dead in 1927. The Tibetan Book of Living and Dying is not only a spiritual masterpiece but also a manual, a guide, a work of reference, and a source of sacred inspiration. It has been written to inspire all who read it to begin the journey to enlightenment and so become “servants of peace,” working in the world with joy, wisdom, and compassion to take part in safeguarding the future of humanity. |
