It stars a female who can resurrect the dead to talk to their families. She works for a type of agency but not sure what. She is dating a vampire that owns a strip club that has mostly vampire and werewolves working for. There are witches and were-leopards (or something) in the story. The main character is like the leader of the were-leopard pack even though she is human (I think)

Sounds like the Anita Blake series by Laurell K. Hamilton. Anita has a job raising the dead and lives in a world full of vampires, werewolves and the like. The first novel in the series is called “Guilty Pleasures”.
