How can I watch or ondemand payperview sports / movie / etc. or watch free cable TV?

Recently, I stopped watch television because of all the ads and it is stupid and boring with the new and all channels. I usually buy performances as the coolest man in relation to the wild on DVD so I can watch it without commercials stupid. But I still watch movies and sport and I want to know how I can still payperview or on demand without having to watch TV or cable? Could I do it online and if so how?
