Can anyone tell me the recipe for the cupcakes tonights (13.04.07) Better, Homes and Gardens show OZ?
On tonights (13.04.07) Better Homes and Gardens has been a recipe for cupcakes. Has anyone not? Very appreciated.
125g unsalted butter, sugar (do not remember how much). Cream together. Add 3 eggs and beat. Stir in flour and bicarb SR, and walnut oil. Bake at 180 for 9-13 minutes. The icing is icing sugar, lemon juice and??? (Damn I cannot remmeber the third thing!) Check the Better Homes and Gardens site well.
