can anyone tell which novel it is?
in the novel the heroin’s {X}, [i forgot her name as i read it in late seventies}, step mother knows witchcraft, and she makes her ill, and X goes into coma, and during the coma her body remaining in the hospital, her soul with a virtual body goes 200 years into the past. the novel is all about her experiences in the past. i think it is a Harold Robbins novel, but i am not sure. please if any one has read it give me the name of the book and the author.
Could it be Ancient Future by Traci Harding? Sorry if this is not it but this is the only book that I have read that sounds like your description. (I have read many others, but do not own them to get the title and author)

Nevada Smith [VHS] $9.95 The Max Sand backstory in Harold Robbins’s trashy The Carpetbaggers (an enjoyable wallow onscreen in 1964) made for a solid Western vehicle for Steve McQueen at his peak. Nevada Smith is a revenge movie, but closer in spirit to The Bravados than a Death Wish-style exercise in nihilism. Young Max, offspring of a white father and Indian mother, sets out to avenge their slaughter by three villains. H… |

Club Paradise $5.00 Robin Williams went through a period in the mid ’80s when he looked like he’d turned into the next Richard Pryor: yet another brilliant standup comic neutered by the script mills of the Hollywood studios. Indeed, Williams seems almost like a spectator in this film, reacting to a supporting cast extremely deep in talent doing what they can with the mediocre script by Brian Doyle-Murray and director… |

Harold and Me $9.99 In 1982, after years of working in advertising in Oklahoma, Jann Stapp took a job as the personal assistant to the world’s bestselling author, Harold Robbins. Like those he portrayed in his novels, Harold Robbins lived life hard, fast, and occasionally out-of-control. He was a larger-than-life figure, and he let those around him know it. Young Jann didn’t know what she was walking into–but she loved every minute of it. Jann and Harold Robbins were married in 1992. Harold and Me is the chronicle of the last fifteen years of Harold Robbins’ life. Harold was a natural storyteller and Jann absorbed his stories with awe and admiration. Just like his characters, his life was a rollercoaster ride of pride, drama, and intensity, and Jann tells his story–and theirs–with vividness and love. |
