How do I create a border around a PDF ebook?

If you could show me where some tutorials are PDF would be great, especially design such as colors, images, borders, fonts, etc. i need to learn how to do these things in Adobe Acrobat Pro and I thank you in advance.

It's much better to create the formatting in the original program before converting to Acrobat Pro. InDesign is the best to reach detailed formats, Word or another word processing program works for most things. Creating images & borders in Acrobat Pro is time consuming and delicate as Acrobat has very little editing features file.
