What HDTV TV / DVD is recommended?

Digital switchover is time for us here, and I am shopping for a HDTV Ready TV with a good high- DVD player. A 22 inch screen is sufficient. I saw one at Tescos Technika for £ 189.00 at. Which is approximately the price I want to pay, no more £ 200 if possible. My old TV has a DVD player LG and Daewoo and they lasted for years, so I think sticking to one of these two manufacturers, but I'm open to suggestions. Thank you
