Fake DVDs received! What should I do?

I ordered seasons 1-7 of boy meets world www.tvshows2dvd.com was a skeptic lil that the price was 5 dollars less than anywhere else I could find. It goes back around 22 December. I received them today and I think torrents episodes of television programs and packages on DVD and selling them. many of these episodes show the Disney logo and sometimes even the banner on the bottom adds that Disney was going to play. What can I do to bust this type of copyright infringement because he refuses to reimburse me?
