Are the Sookie Stackhouse series by Charlaine Harris good? Is it worth reading? ?

I heard it's a popular and best-selling series of New York author. It bought the first book Dead in the dark. I heard the first good. Are the others right? I know it's about vampires and stuff and that Sookie can read minds. Is there romance in the books or horror? I'm looking to read books about vampires romance is not really horror. I have read a few pages of the Dead .. Until Dark scenes were Streamy sex! Are all books filled with sex scenes? I do not like reading books that have sex in it, too graphic for me. lol So I read or am I wasting time? Give me some details about the series. Thanks! Also, tell me what you think of the series? Is it as good as Twilight series?

I love books that are so good! I really do not think they are scary books, is more mysterious. There are some sex scenes wet in them but they are full of them. They're fun, I love the characters and Sookie is just awesome. I can not wait until May to the next book comes out. I love Twilight too, but these are a little different, in the right direction however. You should definitely read them!
