What’s the greatest book on healthy eating ?
Hello,
I want to eat healthy. What’s the freaking bible of healthy food eating ? The black book, the manuscript ! I want one that includes some recipes as well though not necesarily. But something made by a thoroughly documented person, not some best selling fitness instructor who has written a book on food after reading a book on how to be a succesful fitness instructor. Hahah there are tons of books out there on eating healthy but a lot of people have very different views.
