Ebay keeps removing my listings!?

I recently bought Baby Einstein dvd box sets for sale on ebay …. I listed the 3 times now and all 3 times listing has been removed and we do not know why. Ebay sent us a message saying that it is the copyright and counterfeiting of products but the dvds are legitimate and I am using my own pictures & description. I heard that may be competition from ebay and reports we automatically delete it there by car to higher prices and get rid of competition. Has this happened to someone and what have you done about it? I tried to contact ebay but they keep sending me the same automated email saying my products are fake when they are not!

Probably another seller of these reports is that you keep the prize. It something well known. The system works automatically and can be ages before human personnel to bypass the check.
