Who is worthy to open the scroll and its seals – none could be found
The creatures can not open it, or read, the Lord can not. Those who see most of God, are most eager to see more, and those who have seen his glory, the desire to know His will.
(Rev 5:02 KJV) And I saw a strong angel proclaiming with a loud voice, Who is worthy to open the book and break its seals?
He heard a proclamation concerning this sealed book. The preacher was a mighty angel, not that there is a weakest among the angels in heaven, but there are many among the angels of the churches.
(Rev 5:02 KJV) And I saw a strong angel proclaiming with a loud voice ,….
This was not the uncreated angel, Jesus Christ, because he is, then talks about how the lion of the tribe of Judah, and as the Lamb amidst the throne, but a created one, but who was, if Gabriel, as some say, because his name means strong or powerful God is not relevant to be known, the angels are said to be powerful, and to excel in strength: so here is called, mainly with respect to his voice, which, because of their great power, exercised with such force as to be heard by all creatures in heaven and on earth, and under the earth however, this was not John the Baptist, but a minister of the gospel, not to anyone since, making the following proclamation:
This angel seems to emerge not just as a preacher, but as a champion, a challenge to any or all creatures to try to force his wisdom at the opening of the counsels of God, and as a champion cried with a loud voice, that every child can hear. The cry proclaimed or challenge was: "Who is worthy to open the book, and to loose the seals the same?
(Rev 5:02 KJV), which is worthy to open the book and break its seals?
Suggesting that if there was this person that wanted come and do it, and it seems that not only should be one of power and ability, but of dignity and authority, a person of greatness and value, from which emerges their capacity, as should be that you can point to his heart to approach God, and take a book of his right hand, this mysterious book of Revelation, as it was while sealed and open and explain to others that unseal or exhibit, as was then in the following scenes and visions, and gave an overview of everything that is contained in it, and not only so, but to fulfill and perform all the prophecies in it, and may, or is it worth doing all this, but the one seated at the right hand of God and who God is and how man? and this proclamation was made to raise a serious desire of John, and all the saints that he represents, to know what was in this book, and to show the impotence of all creatures to any discovery of it, and to illustrate, and left with a greater role, the glory, excellence, capacity, and value of Jesus Christ. There seems to be an allusion to the temple president calling the priests under his command to attend aa various parts of the service assigned them, he says: "? ????, "Whoever is worthy, let him" do this and that.
If for any creature that is believed sufficient either to explain or enforce the counsels of God, to be affixed to another and make the attempt.
But even good men can be too eager and hasty look at the mysteries of divine behavior.
(Rev 5:03 KJV) And no one in heaven or earth, or under the earth could open the scroll or look inside.
None in the sky or the earth could accept the challenge and perform the following tasks: none in the sky, none of the glorious angels, who before the throne of God, and the ministers of his providence, but its wisdom can not dive in the decrees of God:
(Rev 5:03 KJV) And no man in heaven ,….
O: "No one in heaven", if the angels or the souls of the saints, neither one nor the other know nothing of what is to come, until it is revealed to them: no one on earth, no man, the wisest and best of men, none of the magicians and soothsayers, none of the prophets God, any more than it reveals his mind for them:
(Rev 5:03 KJV) or on earth:
all men on earth, including those of the greatest sagacity and insight, the sage, the wise, the scribe, the debater of this world, they are more familiar with books, and have the highest influence in the things of nature, or grace: none under the earth, none of the fallen angels, none of the spirits of the deceased, Although he must return to our world, you can open this book. Satan himself, with all its subtlety, it can not;
(Rev 5:03 KJV) or under the earth;
the dead buried there, good or bad, what can be said according to the notions of the ancient Jews who believed in the immortality of souls, and that were rewarded or punished?? ??????, "Under the earth," according to their virtue or vice in life or in hell hell or on earth which are influenced by them, as magicians, sorcerers, diviners, necromancers and: the creatures can not open it, or look into it, can not read it.
(Rev 5:03 KJV) was able to open the scroll or look;
or that to read, understand, and show John what was in it, because the sense is, there was no creature in heaven, earth, or hell, they were masters of the deeper knowledge, and made claims that they exist, they were able to provide and predict what will come, or to explain the prophecy of this book, and represent John in the way that later were much less carry them out. Only God can do so.
